Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 29, 2026 | Effective: July 29, 2026
Repro Products, Inc. (“Repro Products,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit reproproducts.com, use shop.reproproducts.com, submit a form or file, request a quote or support, make a purchase, apply for credit, subscribe to communications, apply for a position, or otherwise interact with us online (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy does not apply to websites, products, or services operated independently by third parties, even when we link to them. Those third parties’ privacy notices govern their practices.
Our online store. shop.reproproducts.com is hosted on Shopify and publishes a separate Shopify-generated privacy notice describing Shopify’s own processing. Where that notice and this Policy both address the same practice, this Policy states Repro Products’ practices and controls as to information we control; Shopify’s notice governs Shopify’s processing as a platform provider.
1. Personal information we collect
Information you provide
Depending on how you interact with the Services, we may collect:
- Contact and business information, such as your name, business email address, telephone number, company, job title, mailing address, and service location.
- Inquiry and service information, such as products or services of interest, quote requests, support requests, project specifications, equipment information, delivery details, event registrations, survey responses, and other messages you send us.
- Account and transaction information, such as account credentials, order history, products viewed or placed in a cart, purchases, returns, exchanges, shipping information, and transaction status.
- Payment information. Payments for online store purchases are processed by Shopify and its payment providers, which handle payment-card information under their own notices and security practices; we receive transaction confirmations and limited billing details. Separately, if you choose to submit a credit card authorization form or a credit application to us directly, we receive the payment-card, bank-account, or other financial information you provide on that form.
- Files and content you submit for printing, production, support, credit authorization, applications, or other requested services, together with related instructions and metadata.
- Marketing preferences, such as newsletter subscriptions, areas of interest, and opt-in or opt-out choices.
- Applicant information, if you apply for employment, such as your resume, work history, qualifications, and other information submitted during the recruiting process.
Sensitive information
Some services require information that certain laws treat as sensitive. A credit application or credit card authorization form may include a financial account number, a payment-card number, a Social Security number, or a government identification number. We collect sensitive information only where it is needed for the service you request, and we use it only to provide that service, make credit and account decisions, verify identity, prevent fraud, and comply with law. We do not use or disclose sensitive information to infer characteristics about you, and we do not use it for advertising. Where a law gives you the right to limit our use of sensitive personal information, you may exercise it as described in Section 10.
Some state laws also treat information about your online activity tracked over time and across unaffiliated websites as sensitive. We use the consent controls described in Section 3 before enabling the nonessential technologies that produce that kind of information.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect device and usage information, including IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring and exit pages, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, links clicked, session information, cookie identifiers, and interactions with emails or advertisements. We collect this information through cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for detail and for your choices.
- Session recording and interaction analytics. We use tools that record and replay how visitors interact with our pages, including mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and text entered into form fields, so we can diagnose problems and improve the Services. We configure these tools to mask or exclude payment-card numbers, financial account numbers, government identification numbers, and other sensitive fields, and we do not enable them on our checkout, credit application, or credit card authorization pages. These tools run only where permitted by your cookie choices.
- Business visitor identification. We use business-identity resolution services that may associate your device, IP address, or network with a business or professional contact record and return company and contact information to us, including where you have not submitted a form. We use this for business-to-business marketing and sales outreach. These technologies run only where permitted by your cookie choices, and you may opt out as described in Sections 6 and 9.
Information from other sources
We may receive personal information from service providers, ecommerce and payment platforms, shipping providers, referral sources, business partners, event organizers, advertising, analytics, and identity-resolution providers, credit reporting agencies and trade references in connection with a credit application, public sources, and business contact databases, as permitted by law.

3. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, user preferences, analytics, session and interaction analytics, embedded features, business visitor identification, advertising, and campaign measurement. Except for strictly necessary technologies, these are set only after you consent through our consent banner, which is provided by CookieYes. Advertising and analytics storage is denied by default until you consent. You can review or change your choices at any time through the “Cookie Settings” link in the website footer. For the full inventory and further detail, see our Cookie Policy.
4. How we disclose personal information
We may disclose personal information to:
- Service providers and technology vendors that operate, secure, measure, and improve the Services on our behalf, under contracts limiting their use of the information. These currently include Shopify (online store hosting and order processing); Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion and remarketing tags, and reCAPTCHA for form security); Microsoft (Dynamics 365 and ClickDimensions for customer relationship management and email marketing, and Microsoft Clarity for session recording and interaction analytics); CookieYes (consent management); ZoomInfo and Untapped Data (business visitor identification and contact enrichment); YouTube and Vimeo (embedded video); and our hosting, web form, payment, and shipping providers. These providers may collect device, usage, contact, and interaction information and process it according to their respective privacy notices.
- Business and marketing partners when needed to provide a requested product or service, conduct a jointly offered program, measure campaigns, or advertise, subject to applicable law and your choices.
- Affiliates within the Repro Products family of businesses when appropriate for administration or to respond to your request.
- Credit reporting agencies, trade references, and financing partners in connection with a credit application, account terms, or collection of amounts owed.
- Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when required or reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, prevent fraud or security incidents, or establish or defend legal claims.
- A buyer, successor, lender, or adviser in connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar business transaction.
- Other parties at your direction, with your consent, or as disclosed when the information is collected.
5. Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
We do not sell personal information for money. However, our use of advertising, analytics, and business-identity technologies means that identifiers, device information, internet activity, or commercial information may be disclosed to advertising, analytics, and data partners in ways that certain U.S. state privacy laws treat as a “sale,” as “sharing,” or as processing for targeted advertising. Where those laws apply, you may opt out through Cookie Settings, by sending a recognized opt-out preference signal, or by contacting us as described in Section 10.
Where required by applicable law, we process a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising for the browser and device sending the signal. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide Services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and protect our systems. Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the nature of our relationship, legal requirements, and operational needs. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to permitted archival and backup practices.
7. Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system, transmission, or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for using the submission method we designate for sensitive or confidential files. Please do not send payment-card numbers, financial account numbers, or government identification numbers to us by unencrypted email; use the form or secure method we identify for that purpose.
8. Telephone and text message communications
If you give us a telephone number, we may call or text you about a quote, order, delivery, service appointment, support ticket, or account matter. We will send marketing calls or texts only where you have given the consent that applicable law requires, and consent to marketing messages is never a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop marketing texts by replying STOP to a text, and you can ask us to stop marketing calls by contacting us. We will continue to send transactional and service messages needed to complete a transaction or support your account.
9. Your choices
- Marketing email: Use the unsubscribe link in a promotional email. We may still send transactional or relationship messages.
- Marketing calls and texts: Reply STOP to a marketing text, or contact us.
- Cookies: Use Cookie Settings to accept, reject, or change nonessential cookie categories. Browser controls may also block or delete cookies, but some site features may not work as intended.
- Account information: Update available information through your account or contact us.
- Targeted advertising, data sharing, and visitor identification: Use Cookie Settings, send a recognized Global Privacy Control signal, use the opt-out mechanism made available on our online store, or contact us where the right applies.
10. U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to request access to or confirmation of processing; obtain a copy of personal information; correct inaccuracies; delete personal information; opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; or appeal a decision concerning your request. Georgia residents have rights under the Georgia Consumer Privacy Protection Act to the extent it applies to our processing.
To submit a request, email privacy@reproproducts.com, call 866-665-7604, or use an available privacy request form. Describe your request and the state where you reside. We may verify your identity and authority before responding. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to proof of authorization. We will respond within 45 days of receipt where the applicable law sets that period, and we will tell you if we need a permitted extension.
Appeals. If we decline your request, our response will explain why. You may appeal by replying to that response or by emailing privacy@reproproducts.com with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. We will review the appeal and inform you in writing of the outcome, with an explanation, within the period the applicable law allows. If we deny the appeal, we will provide a method for you to contact your state attorney general to submit a complaint.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
11. International visitors
Repro Products is based in the United States. If you access the Services from another country, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Where applicable law requires, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers and provide additional rights or notices.
12. Children’s privacy
The Services are intended for business and general adult audiences and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
13. Third-party links and services
The Services may link to or integrate third-party websites, social networks, videos, maps, payment services, or other services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. We are not responsible for third-party privacy, security, or content.
