AR / AP / Contracts / Bookkeeper with growth opportunity for the right candidate

The successful candidate will provide general accounting, finance leadership and expertise. This role will contribute to corporate strategies designed to prepare for our continued growth. Position Summary:
- Work with limited guidance and take ownership of his/her work
- Special projects and reporting daily, monthly and yearly
- Experience with purchasing and inventory a plus
- Back up entering Customer contracts
- Meter Billing
- Accounts Receivable
- Collections
- Other duties as required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and accounting skills with understanding of GAAP
- Advanced experience with MS Word, MS Excel MS Outlook
- Experience using QuickBooks (on-line version) a plus
- 3 plus years’ general accounting / bookkeeping experience
- Ability to assist in the month end closing processes
- Excellent written, oral communication skills and strong organizational skills
- Self-starter
- Experience with E-automate a plus
- Experience with leasing and or contracts a plus
