Repro Products is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to help expand our Managed IT Services business.

This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional who excels at team work, developing new client relationships, identifying business challenges, and delivering technology solutions that improve security, productivity, and operational efficiency.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for integrating with our existing sales teams in other vertical markets as well as generating new business opportunities and helping organizations leverage managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and technology consulting to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interface and build trust with existing sales team to grow business within our current client base
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic prospecting.
  • Leverage relationships with established clients earned through our 47 years in business.
  • Identify client challenges and position Managed IT Services solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Conduct discovery meetings, presentations, and technology assessments.
  • Develop and deliver proposals, pricing, and service agreements.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation through contract execution.
  • Maintain an active pipeline and accurate sales forecasts within CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term customer success.
  • Attend networking events, business associations, and community functions to generate new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Experience selling Managed IT Services Preferred.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
  • Proven success in prospecting and closing new business.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to engage with executive-level decision-makers.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales pipeline management.
