The successful candidate will handle collections and AR duties .If you enjoy a fast-paced environment with new challenges every day you will thrive here! Fully Onsite with possibility of a remote day after an onboarding time period.
Position Summary:
- Handle daily AR including and not limited to depositing and recording checks, ach , credit card and wires
- Responding promptly to Customer AR questions and concerns
- Report directly to the CFO
- Work with other Members of Accounting Team as needed
- Work with limited guidance and take ownership of his/her work
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 plus years collections and AR experience
- Experience with MS Word, MS Excel MS Outlook
- Experience using QuickBooks (on-line version)
- Excellent written, oral communication skills and strong organizational skills
- Self-starter
- Experience with E-automate a plus
