If you are not satisfied with your Xerox equipment, at your request Xerox will replace it without charge to you with an identical model or a machine with comparable features and capabilities.

The term of the Xerox Total Satisfaction Guarantee is three years from equipment delivery. This Xerox Total Satisfaction Guarantee applies to Xerox equipment acquired by you from Repro Products, Inc. and continuously maintained by Repro Products under our
manufacturers warranty or Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement. This guarantee applies to all equipment acquired on or after September 5, 1990, and is not applicable to equipment
damaged or destroyed due to an Act of God.

We make this offer to clearly demonstrate that at Repro Products and Xerox our measure of quality is our customersÕ satisfaction.
