I cannot tell you how much better the prints come out than those we ran on the old HP, which I thought was were good until I saw the quality of the Canon. The prints look too good to be true! The color aerials look like they ought to, the map text is crisp and sharp. Everything looks great.
Your Customer Service Engineer who did our install was very nice and answered my questions and showed great professionalism in demonstrating the printer.
And thank you for your timely response to questions for the printer and purchase. You have been very helpful and courteous. And your timing was great! group when I say that it was probably the best on-base training we've ever been
to as far as actually learning something worthwhile and NOT feeling that it was
mostly a waste of time. A typical 4-day training would usually only
approach anything useful on the final day, and you always left the fourth day
feeling that you were just then getting to the point where the class was
beginning to be of some benefit, especially considering that the
first 3 days were so elementary that they were nothing but a waste of time.
