1. Sales Representative, AEC
Description
Repro Products, a leader in providing business solutions to Georgia's AEC industry is looking for a motivated sales person to sell software solutions to Architects, Engineers and Construction Companies. The focus for this position will be to generate sales in a defined geographic territory.

Responsibilities Include:
1) Making outbound calls
2) Customer Visits
3) Relationship Development
4) Following up on sales leads
5) Forecasting

Candidates should have 1 - 2 years experience in B2B sales. Experience in the AEC industry is a plus.

2. Inside Sales
Responsibilities:
The Inside Sales Representative will consistently demonstrate his/her ability to deal with clients at a business-to-business level, identifying and providing solutions. You will be required to: Achieve sales targets within an assigned geography. Qualify leads, outbound sales calls, and follow-up on all sales opportunities. Initially you will be working with all outbound sales reps across all verticals with a long term goal of specializing in Infrastructure, Building or Mechanical sales. Manage the sales activities, forecast and provide detailed, accurate monthly reports using ACT.

3. Building Solutions Account Representative

The ideal candidate for the position of Account Representative for Building Solutions will consistently demonstrate his or her ability to deal with clients at a business-to-business level, identifying and providing solutions. He or she will be responsible for achieving sales targets within an assigned geography and "named" accounts. He or she will be required to: Develop strong interpersonal relationships internally with customers and technology suppliers, bring leading-edge technology to the industry in a rapidly evolving market, meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue and profitability targets, manage the sales activities of the assigned territory, and provide detailed, accurate monthly forecasts using customer relationship management software.

Requirements:
The successful candidate must:
(1) Be a professional salesperson, capable of dealing at executive levels in major corporate accounts for large financial commitments.
(2) Have senior-level sales experience with proven ability to qualify, develop and manage sales opportunities.
(3) Be comfortable selling at both executive and engineering management levels.
(4) Practice a solution-based approach to solving customer requirements.
(5) Demonstrate excellent written and verbal/visual communication skills.
(6) Be a problem solver with a "get it done" attitude and strong self-motivational attributes.

4. Sales Executive/Account Manager

Relevant Work Experience: 3-5 years
Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
Salary/Wage: Base & Commission - Top Reps earn $100K-plus

We are currently searching for an aggressive, self-motivated, experienced Sales Executive possessing a successful track record penetrating small to large-sized businesses. You will prospect and close new accounts as well as service existing accounts in order to maintain and market additional products and solutions. Experience in digital network, wide format equipment and/or printing services a plus.

Repro Products was established in 1979 and is located in North Atlanta, GA. We are a leader in the reprographics industry. Our products include: large and small format, black and white and color printing; digital and Internet document management, including archiving and distribution; print-on-demand and facilities management/on-site solutions for the Architectural, Engineering and Construction community. We were named Cobb County 2005 Small Business of the Year.

Requirements
1) Minimum of three years outside sales experience
2) Strong communication, cold calling, organizational and interpersonal skills required
3) Experience in customer service and/or managing customer accounts
4) A proven track record of success in outside sales
5) Self-starters with good work ethic, the ability to work independently or as a team and a burning desire to succeed
6) Professional presentation skills as well as excellent PC and problem solving abilities
7) Expected to meet or exceed projected dollar volumes in terms of sales as well as meeting sales activity requirements

5. Production Worker - Reprographics

Repro Products is seeking a motivated production worker for our Reprographic Production Department. Work will be in both our Wide and Small Format areas. Repro Products is an industry leader in both Color and Black and White reprographic services.
The successful candidate will be a team player with the ability to work under tight deadlines. Flexibility, Reliability and a passion for Quality are absolute musts.

PLEASE NOTE: IT IS NOT THE ACTUAL PRODUCTION KNOWLEDGE THAT IS REQUIRED, RATHER EXCEPTIONAL PC SKILLS AND THE DESIRE TO LEARN

Job Duties:
• Operate Wide and Small format OCE, KIP, HP, Ricoh and Xerox high capacity printers and copiers utilizing leading edge software systems
Perform binding operations such as screw posts and stapling
Perform all types of binding processes such as; GBC, spiral, screw post, etc.
Complete all required production paperwork and administrative functions in an accurate and neat manner
Maintain and update all work held on file in an extremely accurate and meticulous manner
Accept responsibility for completion of jobs in an accurate, quality and timely manner
Interface with customers to determine or clarify job requirements and details

Job Qualifications.
PC literacy and associated skills are an absolute must have. Demonstration of PC skills and knowledge will be required.
Minimum High School Graduate or GED
Proper use of hand tools
Dependable self starter with good attendance record
Able to work a flexible schedule
Ability to work independently
High levels of attention to detail
Able to regularly lift up to 55 pounds
Must not be “Color Blind”
Be able to communicate effectively orally and via written/electronic mediums
