1. Delivery Person

Repro Products seeks full time delivery person:

  • Help with shipping, receiving and deliveries of supplies and prints
  • Help occasionally with warehouse inventories
  • Interface with customer service, field service, and customers
  • Most deliveries in Metro Atlanta
  • Help in the deliveries of machines
  • Light maintenance of building when needed
  • Light janitorial duties when needed

Requirements

  • Must have excellent driving record
  • Must be detail oriented and able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must either have or be able to qualify to get a Commercial Vehicle drivers License
  • Able to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously and must be flexible to change priorities

2. Business Development Manager
Relevant Work Experience: 1 year

Stars Media Imaging, located in Marietta, Georgia needs a self-driven Business Development Manager to grow and expand our print and marketing services:

  • Graphic Design
  • Digital print from small format to grand format (posters and banners)
  • Direct Mail
  • Cross-Media Marketing Services
  • Books and manuals
  • Fulfillment and Kitting

Education Level:  Bachelor’s Degree 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • Plan and implement strategies to market and sell products and services to new and existing customers
  • Maintain a database of qualified prospects through phone calls, personal visits, and social media
  • Update all activities in a contact management system.
  • Deliver an established number of proposals to clients on a monthly basis
  • Communicate job specifications with clients and production personnel
  • Demonstrate product and service advantages to prospects and clients
  • Expected to meet or exceed projected dollar volumes in terms of sales, as well as meeting sales activity requirements

Repro Products is a multi-divisional, community centric organization located in Smyrna, GA. In 1979 we originally serviced our architectural, engineering and manufacturing clients drafting needs. Through our achievements, we are a Gold level Autodesk software and support provider. As an ATC (Authorized Autodesk Training Center), we provide training, consulting and programming to our software clients. This is in addition to our other divisions including wide format printing and printers, plan room management and most recently developing a direct Xerox Agency for production and multifunction devices as well as managed print services.

4. Field Service Technician
Relevant Work Experience: 2 years

Our field service technicians repair and service our Xerox copiers, printers and facsimiles. As a Field Service Technician you will play a key role in the satisfaction of many loyal customers, which includes large companies as well as small to medium-sized businesses. Our Technicians are responsible for on-site service. Working within a designated geographic territory, you'll be dispatched to various job assignments depending on the product and experience level. You'll be trained to make the necessary mechanical or electrical repairs as well as provide prevention maintenance on all machines serviced. Possible location at a Facility Management, located near our location.

Requirements :

  • Troubleshooting ability 
  • Ability to think independently 
  • Strong desire and ability to learn 
  • High energy level and self-motivation
  • Strong electrical and mechanical skills 
  • Prior copier repair experience a plus 
  • Associate's degree in electronics or comparable work experience or training preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

We are currently expanding and seek an aggressive, self-motivated, high-energy Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be either a sales professional with a proven track record in a related field or a highly motivated college graduate eager to learn and succeed. The position requires a significant amount of cold-calling as well as a comfort level dealing with high-level executives. You will prospect and close new accounts, as well as servicing existing accounts in order to maintain and market additional products and solutions. Experience in wide format equipment and/or printing services a plus.

Requirements :

  • Strong communication, cold calling and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Must have the ability to understand and use Microsoft CRM and document all important customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Experience in customer service and a desire to work consultatively to solve customer issues
  • Self-starter with good work ethic, the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Professional presentation skills, as well as excellent PC and problem-solving abilities
  • Expected to meet or exceed projected dollar volumes in terms of sales, as well as meeting
